Monaco Business Development Managers

We are recruiting Business Development Managers in Monaco for property marketplace selling listing services to Real Estate Agencies and brokers.

221 (Two to One) is the Next Generation Real Estate & Lifestyle Marketplace and is reinventing how Properties and Lifestyles including Yachts, Cars, Jets, Motorcycles, Fine Art & Antiques, Jewellery, Collectables, and Services are bought, sold, and leased worldwide.


As senior members of the Sales Group, you are responsible for finding new clients to advertise their real estate properties, goods and services on 221 Marketplace.

Your role includes:

  • Generating your own leads
  • Reporting on sales actuals and forecasts
  • Maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities to ensure success on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Participation in the development, presentation and sale of a value proposition
  • Negotiation of pricing and contractual agreements to close the sale
  • Identifying strategic stakeholders and empower them to be promoters & evangelists for 221 International technology and its solution capabilities.
  • Work with channel and alliance partners on joint opportunities
  • Development and maintenance of relationships in named accounts where applicable
  • Continually undertake activities that maximize the opportunity for all 221 Software solutions or
  • Proactively identifying new revenue opportunities within your account territory and develop appropriate strategies to win or upsell them
  • Documenting sales activities and update 221’s CRM


  • You are a Monaco resident
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong experience in B2B software sales with a track record of outperformance.
  • Experience and knowledge of the real estate or software industries
  • Demonstrated track record in completing sales tasks, strategically managing pipelines, and close solution deals.
  • Ability to construct sales value propositions by market segment.
  • A natural relationship builder, with experience partnering with both clients and partners, as well as internal stakeholders
  • Ability to accurately forecast future sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and time management skills
  • Experience in building return on investment cases with customers
  • Experience in selling at a senior management level (VP/C-level)
  • Experience in business applications
  • Ability to interact with Technical Buying during product demonstrations and evaluations
  • Experience selling solutions comprising of consulting, implementation and training services
  • Ability to work in a remote or home office with little or no direct supervision
