Your Role

221 is looking for a talented and driven Sales Manager to join our team. Someone with a management background that can create and execute a sales strategy to gain market share in 221’s targeted markets.

You would be responsible for a direct sales team with reports directly to the COO.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the Direct Sales Team, Sales Results and Top line Revenue
  • Recruit and hire top quality sales personnel that are adept at SaaS sales, maintain a full staff and Coaching the sales team
  • Enhance, fortify and conduct Sales Training
  • Ensure that the sales organization is of the highest integrity and professionalism, creating a great experience with all prospects and clients who interact with them and 221.
  • Contribute market and competitive information to the Leadership team, including product input and guidance

About You

  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years’ Sales related experience
  • Experience building and managing a sales team
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities proficient at recruitment and managing new hires through ramp-up and quota attainment.
  • Ability to assist and develop sales peoples at all skill levels.
  • Proven record of success in a fast-moving environment: execution of complex plans
  • Excellent presentation and communications skills
  • You are experienced in Software or Technology Sales – understanding of how a software company works and how technology is sold.
  • You work in this type of SaaS business before, and you made a major contribution to their company – demonstrated success through meaningful sales accomplishments.
  • You are motivated and strive on career advancement in a competitive industry by outselling competitors.
  • You are experienced in utilizing CRM to your advantage and managing a sales organization by tracking activity, communications and effectiveness through monitoring performance


  • London, New-York, Milan or Zurich (partial work-from-home / remote is available)
  • Communicate with the team via Slack, Email, Phone, Zoom
