Your Role

As our Human Resources Manager, you’ll play a critical role in the growth and professionalization of our rapidly expanding company. Your responsibilities will include a wide range of activities, covering the full spectrum of our team’s life cycle (attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and separation).

You’ll pay particular attention to reinforcing and expanding a culture of performance, trust, and transparency. Though you’ll be an individual contributor to start, there are significant opportunities for growth, and you will have plenty of support from the CEO and other members of the leadership team. In addition you will also work closely with the HR accounting team who is responsible for managing benefits, payroll, workers comp, and legal issues.

Main Responsibilities

  • Leading recruiting efforts (job descriptions, postings, interviews, offers)
  • Developing and overseeing employee onboarding
  • Improving training and development programs
  • Encouraging team feedback with training, tools, and operational assistance
  • Maintaining company handbook & policies documents
  • Ensuring that remote/contract team members feel like full members of the organization
  • Assisting with development and delivering internal communications
  • Monitoring and maintaining staff supplies in office
  • Maintaining records in company HRIS
  • Planning and overseeing company events, both in your country office and online

About You

  • Fluent in English
  • 5+ years of experience in similar roles, with expanding responsibilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, or related field
  • High degree of personal initiative and achievement motivation, setting personal standards of excellence
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and details
  • Can act without direction to make sure important goals are met
  • Proactively look for ways to improve processes and shift strategy or approach for better results
  • Ability to exercise discretion, good judgment, tact, and poise in handling highly sensitive, and confidential information
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with software/databases


  • London, New-York, Milan or Zurich (partial work-from-home is available)
  • Communicate with the team via Slack, Email, Phone, Zoom
